Holders of accompanying adult (observer) tickets, if they are the accompanying responsible adult, must abide by the rules of being on hand to look after the people they are responsible for.

Holders of accompanying adult (observer) tickets are able to freely wander the public areas of the attraction without entering the scare mazes.

The ratio of accompanying adults to teenagers cannot be more than 2:1 (ie. a maximum of 2 adults for each teenager age 14 or 15). One accompanying adult can be responsible for up to 5 teenagers in a group.

There is a fast food grill serving hot food and hot drinks, a gift shop, and 2 x large marquees with tables and seating.
