Conditions of Ticket Purchase
Scary-at-Night is an intense horror experience and is only suitable for the brave. This is not for the faint-hearted. You have been warned!
Each ticket allows the holder one-time entrance to each one of the individual horror attractions, plus there could be some other surprises in the public areas of the grounds. If visitors would like a second visit to any of the scare attractions they are able to purchase "top-up" tickets from the entrance.
Strictly for guests age 14 and older. Guests age 14 or 15 MUST be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult on site at all times.
Accompanying adults must be accompanying at least one child age 14 or 15 and can purchase an "observer" (accompanying adult) ticket that allows entrance into the area but no access to the attractions; however we encourage accompanying adults to remain with children in their care even if it does mean having to buy a ticket to get into the attractions.
There is no discount on family or group bookings. There are no concession or special prices. Simply purchase the number of tickets for the number of people in your group.
Fast-track tickets, limited in number, are available at additional per person cost and allow the holder to take the fast-track channel through the entrance and whenever they come upon a queue at any of the attractions.
Doors open at 6.30pm. There are no time slots allocated on tickets - last entry is one hour before closing. Allow between 1 and 3 hours to enjoy all the attraction has to offer.
Online booking can close at any time for any event, usually before each event start time, and earlier if capacity is being reached. When that happens you will not be able to purchase tickets online for that event but might be able to purchase tickets at the entrance if the maximum attendance number has not been reached.
Tickets purchased for events are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for alternative dates or events. Take care to select the correct age bracket, correct date and correct event type before ordering. There are no exceptions to this rule. For information on your rights regarding ticket refunds please see the Citizens Advice site and search for "ticket refunds".
Due to areas of wet ground, and restricted access within some of these attractions, this event is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
Dogs are not permitted on site (except for registered guide dogs) as this is a working farm with animals on site.
Some images displayed on this website are representative of this type of attraction and there is no promise nor guarantee that the characters displayed in images on this website will be seen on the night.
All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, the Spooky World promoters reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The Spooky World promoters also reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without reason and without the need to give any sort of compensation. Spooky World can refuse admission to any person without reasoning. Guests must retain their ticket whilst on the site. Last entry 1 hour before close.
Please see our FAQs page before emailing with questions. Thank you.
